Kanan’s Notebook

[ A notebook Kanan has been writing in several times the last two weeks. Inside appears to be a few in progress song lyrics, with the titles at the top of the page. Multiple parts are erased/crossed out with different lines replacing them and notes on the side. You get the feeling from reading them that these are not meant to be sung in English but whatever magic universal translation magic at work lets you understand them anyway.

Behind them are some non-lyric related notes. ]

[ This one has no notes. It seems to have been unfinished.

But on the NEXT page there ARE a bunch of doodles of the other residents of Toon Town.

There’s not a whole lot but there’s a few. Barbie with a bunch of sparkles around her like when the glitter got everywhere at the trial. The coop of chickens with a little attempt at Oswald behind them. Nephry the rappig. A cute attempt at Tempo. A less cute attempt at Wood Man. Yor is drawn twice - once on her own with a few sparkles around her and then again with Kanan herself as they both do a kick. Kirishima, Zoe, Ganta and anyone else who expressed interest in exercise club/running together are drawn running with her. There appears to have been a drawing of Akane as well but it’s been scribbled out now.

And then there’s Renamon.

She tried to draw Renamon so many times, each time getting a little bit better than the last. The best one appears to be Kanan giving them a hug. ]
